How does the free trial work?
Every plan includes a free trial with no credit card required. Register your company, and your account is provisioned immediately with its own isolated database.
Is my data isolated from other companies using Shelfis ERP?
Yes. Every company gets its own dedicated database - your data is never mixed with, or queryable alongside, any other company's data.
Can I have multiple branches under one company?
Yes - multi-branch is a core part of the platform. Each branch keeps its own books, and everything rolls up into one company-wide view.
What currencies are supported?
Every company has a base currency (USD by default) and can record transactions in other currencies, converted at the exchange rate in effect at the time.
How do I change my plan or billing cycle?
Contact us and we'll move your account to a different plan or billing cycle.
How do I verify my email after signing up?
After registering, we send a verification link to the email address you provided. You'll need to click that link before you can sign in. Didn't get it? Use the resend option on the "check your email" page shown right after you register.
