When you register for an account, we collect the information you provide directly: your company name, your name, email address, and the credentials you set for your account. We do not collect payment card information at signup - trial accounts do not require one.

How we use it

We use your information to provide the service you signed up for - creating and operating your company's isolated database, authenticating you, and sending account-related emails (like the email verification link sent when you register). We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data isolation

Each company's data is stored in its own dedicated database, separate from every other company using the platform. Your business data is never mixed with, or queryable alongside, another company's data.

Data retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and data deleted, contact us.
