Shelfis ERP is a cloud ERP platform for multi-branch businesses - inventory, accounting, payments, and reporting in one system, instead of a folder of disconnected spreadsheets.

Why we built this

Most small and growing businesses start on spreadsheets, because that's what's available. As a business adds branches, staff, and transaction volume, spreadsheets stop being a convenience and start being a risk - numbers drift out of sync, reconciliation takes days instead of minutes, and nobody has one true picture of the business at any given moment.

Shelfis ERP exists to give growing businesses that one true picture - a single system where inventory, money, and branches all agree with each other, because they're built on the same underlying ledger rather than separate files that have to be manually reconciled.

How we think about the product

Every module - inventory, accounting, payments, monthly reconciliation - reads and writes the same ledger. That's a deliberate architectural choice: it means a sale posted through the system is automatically reflected in stock, revenue, and the payment ledger, without a separate sync step that can silently fail.

Multi-branch is treated as a first-class concept, not an add-on - each branch keeps its own books, and the company-wide view is a real roll-up of those branches, not a separate model that has to be kept in sync by hand.

Where we are today

Shelfis ERP is under active development. The core platform - tenant management, billing, and the full accounting/inventory/payments engine - is built and running. We're building this in the open with real customers, adding modules as real operational needs come up rather than speculatively building features nobody asked for.
